Accolade – Stone / Concrete Polishing System

Westcoast Chemical Diamond Polish System provides a low-cost approach to polishing concrete & stone surfaces with new innovative chemicals & Dura Grit diamond tools. With the new ADPS you can achieve amazing results with a conventional machine i.e. walk behind floor scrubbers & standard 175 RPM floor polishers. Until now polishing concrete required expensive grinding machines, dust vac systems & standalone generators to provide the power source along with highly skilled personal at a substantial cost per sq. ft.

Follow these simple steps using a standard floor machine for smaller areas. For larger areas, it is recommended to use a walk behind scrubber with 100lbs of head pressure

Step One: Place four Dura Grit 4” 200 grit tools on a 20” floor scrubber using a red polyester pad. Apply clear water solution on the surface and proceed to make 8 to 10 passes & pick up the slurry

Step Two: Place four Dura Grit 4” 400 grit tools on a 20” floor scrubber using red polyester pad add 30oz of Diamond Bright Concrete Plus Sealer to 3 gallons of water apply the mixed solution to the surface proceed to make 8 to 10 passes & pick up the slurry

Step Three: Repeat Step Two using four Dura Grit 4” 800 grit tools.

Step Four: Place four Dura Grit 4” 1500 grit tools & repeat steps two & three make 8 to 10 passes & pick up the slurry.

Once the four steps are complete rinse the surface thoroughly with clear water and proceed to maintain the polished surface with Accolade Conditioner on a regular weekly schedule use Accolade 8oz per gallon of water to maintain the surface hardness& polished appearance. Periodically place four Dura Grit4” 1500 grit tools & repeat step four when required to restore the surface appearance.
