Nano Lithium technology penetrating densifier with superior micro surface clear coating dries in 30 minutes to touch with a (2-3) mil surface film. Maximum stain resistance in 7 days coverage on polished concrete 3000 ft2 per Gallon. Resist chemical stains from oils & many acids also abrasion & impact resistant excellent for parking decks, retail stores, heavy manufacturing plants

Application Instructions
Apply Litha-Guard 21 with a Microfiber pad or similar applicator apply evenly over the surface and allow 30 minutes to dry. Repeat this step until desired appearance is achieved. Burnishing is recommended to increase the gloss and cure time of the coating.
Note: Litha-Guard 21 coverage is approximately 3000 sq ft per Gallon
